Success story: 51 kgs lost

I lost the weight I did by strict calorie counting(1200 daily), very, very few carbs, no processed foods and sticking to that with no cheating. I also did a lot of working out. I swear by my weighted hula hoop. It’s great for people like me who hate to sweat, but like to burn calories. I also go to the gym an hour a day almost every morning.
